Upcoming "Song Ecology/Birding By Ear" Class Begins Soon


. . . new class beginning in April, 2010 goes beyond "birding by ear ID" and introduces the why, what, where, who, when, and how of bird songs and their ecological role

Three lectures/slide shows: 4/15, 4/22, 4/29/10 (7-10 pm)
Five field trips: 4/17, 4/25, 5/1, 5/8 & 5/9/10 (9-noon; 1-5 pm)
(to ideal birding locations within .5-1.5 hours of Merritt College)
